Our standard fees are £225 per person. If there is more than 1 person renting, or a minimum of £35090 for a single person subject to the type of references.
The breakdown is as follows:
Processing of application £125
Referencing fees £50
Check in and check out £50
Total £225 per person
Fees for Landlords
Our standard fees are as follows:
Let only: 5%
Let and managed £10
Sales – Sole agency 2%
Sales – Joint agency 2.5%
